Video Game Animation
Dive into the world of video game animation by creating characters that dance, sign, and interact with one another. Students will work in teams to create their dynamic video animation game by using software created just for kids. They will add sound effects and music clips and afterwards, they can post their game online so that friends, parents, even grandparents can play their video game! Creativity rules in
this fun version of video game design!

Programming with Bee-Bot®
Bee-Bot, our robot friend, has a lot to share with us on the computer. Young programmers will be able to write their own programs to send the computer Bee-Bot through a number of courses and missions. Then the best part is programming our real Bee-Bot to do the same thing on the floor! In this unique class, students are able to go from the virtual computer activity to the concrete 3-dimentional one!

Programming with Pro-Bot
Learn how to program using a robot created especially for kids! Pro-Bot is a robot shaped like a car that offers students hands-on experience with programming as well as robotic controls. They’ll learn about cause and effect, angles and geometry in a fun and interactive way. Students will enter Pro-Bot commands by entering a sequence of arrows and numbers on the back of the robot. They can create even more interesting programs using light, touch and sound sensors. They will also learn to write programs on the computer and download them to Pro-Bot. What a fun and educational way to experience robotics for the first time!

Let’s make a movie together! We’ll sing songs, tell stories & learn how to use a digital camera as we create our own masterpieces. Green Screen Adventures (new)
Climb Mount Everest, swim the depths of the ocean, or battle dinosaurs! Using a green screen and special photo-editing techniques, you will venture into real or imaginary locations and film the trip to share with friends. Students will work together in teams, experimenting with photos and unique drawing software to set the scene for fantastic adventures. Don’t stay at home – jump into a green screen and find yourself some fun! All students will get a copy of their creation on a DVD.
